Security Advisor is a privacy- and network-security tool for iPhone. There is no account, no sign-up, and no advertising or tracking. We do not run any third-party analytics, telemetry or crash-reporting SDKs, and we do not sell your data. Core analysis runs on your device; checks that need current internet information contact the services disclosed below.
Your scan history, security scores, trusted devices and trusted networks, observed nearby devices, and app settings are stored locally on your iPhone. They never leave your device, and we cannot see them. If you provide a Have I Been Pwned API key (optional, for email breach checks), it is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device only. Deleting the app permanently erases all of this local data; we cannot recover it.

When internet checks are enabled, Security Advisor contacts third-party services directly from your iPhone to perform the feature you requested. These include Apple for captive-portal detection; Cloudflare for DNS and speed tests; Have I Been Pwned for password and account breach checks; ipwho.is, ipify and the Tor Project for public-IP checks; and bash.ws for DNS-leak checks.
A service receives only the information needed to return its result. Depending on the check, this can include your public IP address and network request metadata, a domain you enter, a random DNS-test identifier, the first five characters of a password's SHA-1 hash, or an email address only when you explicitly run the account-breach check. We do not receive or store these requests or results. Each external service may process request data under its own privacy policy.
You can enable Local Scan Only in Privacy Center to stop external calls made by automatic scans and supported network tools. Checks that require the internet are then skipped or unavailable; an explicit action such as opening a web link, making an App Store purchase or submitting an account-breach check can still contact its destination.
You can revoke Location, Local Network, Bluetooth, Camera and Notification access at any time in iOS Settings. Clear All History and trusted-device controls remove their stored records from the app. Deleting Security Advisor permanently removes all remaining app data from your iPhone. Because we do not operate an account or collect this local data, there is no server-side profile for us to retrieve or delete.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Your Pro status is determined on your device from your App Store transaction entitlements.
Security Advisor is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
